    Not sure how but, they will find a way. A call to register for licence, or surrender the rifle/s? Perhaps, if the Police find a fellow in possession of an unlicenced air rifle, it could have serious consequences for him/her. The threat of a prison sentence will have an effect. But only for the law abiding citizen. So it's the same old story then. Licence the law abiding citizens (ie the ones already in clubs and the ones with permission) while the ones who couldn't give a toss just carry on as they are. Pretty much

    I have a rake of old woodturning mags here that I go off an old boy. But I can't say I saw anything in them to give a good indication as to what the advertisers sold. Other than wood. Pen sets and tooling. Thanks for the links

    Never had a .20 monkey chops. My pal runs a .20 MFR and the Jsb's did the job. When I reworked his to.20 the chrono results and grouping were bang on. With what I have tested throughout the .22 pellet range through one or two rifles Jsb have always come up trumps. The barracudas weren't half bad either. Both grouped well and consistent. If I remember the barracudas were only in small tins and were costly. So... i would likely say none! Have a word with BRY. Bunnyblatter. He's on here and the RF. Sure he runs a .20.     I couldn't agree more. Shooting first then asking questions later doesn't do field sports any good. But rather than having a public hanging thread i think it's better to educate It's a bit similar to that "goose" thread this.

    There was so much wrong with it and that was just in the title. So if anyone has any legal and ethical advice regarding the shooting of ducks with an air rifle then fill your boots I'm thinking advice is needed before someone picks up that gun again!!
