There's loads of ways to resize using various aplications. Re emailing to yourself, paint, photo editor etc. easy when you know how. But for simplicity..? Just sign up to photobucket mark.

You need to create a photobucket account or similar mark. Upload your pics from your camera or computer to photobucket. It will resize them for you. You them simply find the pic you want to upload into here. Copy the IMG code and paste onto your post. Simples.

The coatings do chip and scratch but only through heavy handed ness and accidental knocks. If your careful I suppose you would get a good life out the dipping. I can't comment on the newer methods and coatings.

I wouldn't pay to have it done. Although advances have now been made in harder coatings. Some of which the lads are saying bomb proof. Time will tell.

Yes. You will need to list all the land which you want to shoot on. Just copies of your written permission will be fine. However they must state that you have permission to shoot a 22lr. As for an open ticket on first grant is unlikely but not a definite no. It will depend on your FAO and issuing forces policy.
