    Air rifles are like cars and generally go down in value over the years. I agree. Hype and demand. I have an unmolested S10. Early mk2 with a walnut stock. (Keep your tool in yer pants Rez) To me. Buying something original and getting it fettled to how I want it is personal. It would be like buying a pair of boots after someone has broke them in to their feet.     I remember mine more than well. Two day course which I paid for. A day in the workshop fettling saws and a day in a plantation thining trees out for the landowner. The instructer was a big headed nob who played the big I am (or was!!) and showed off the whole time in front of the ladies on the course. Until he severely burnt his hand on the chainsaw and almost took his head off whilst demonstrating the inertia break Funny thing was I came across the same prat a few years later when he was teaching the RFS course I took.

    I have always bought in bulk. Me and my shooting buddy have often bought 20 + k at a time. Never had any problems until we got a shed load of premiers 6ish years ago. No one else buy in bulk?

    I just put mine in a pocket. I have one on my sleeve in my winter jacket. Rest of the time it's just whatever pocket is free. Sawdust, those little black bits and fluff included.
