    Thanks mate but as some shitebag cleared me out i have given up with the ferrets. I am posting to recommend some good lads, all the gear and all the idea. No messing. No back tracking and they will get the job done.

    To add. If you do put a lock on the door to the utility room it certainly won't loose you any points

    Sounds fine to me. Provided its out of sight to visitors and secured well you shouldn't have any issues. However. Just make sure the utility room is not damp or humid. ( well vented tumble dryer etc ) as cabinets collect and hold moisture for fun.
