  1. I can vouch for the fact its in mint condition, he's used it less than half a dozen times.
  2. Cost me £20 altogether so I dont think the vet was ripping me off + £15 for the chipping which I'd have done in any case.
  3. As long as he has the correct paperwork (a letter of permission from a landowner saying his dogs are worked on the land, or a firearms license) he can ask for the whole litter to be docked, in England (theres an outright ban in Scotland) - if it is likely that most of the pups will go to working homes. Note use of the word "likely". Taken from the Defra site: http://www.defra.gov.uk/animalh/welfare/act/docking.htm http://www.defra.gov.uk/animalh/welfare/ac...certificate.pdf http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2007/20071120.htm Hope that helps. Finding a vet who will dock

  9. Poor Mr Keeps wasnt well yesterday morning :drag: so I decided to take a day off work and take the dogs out as he wasnt well enough to look after them and they were climbing the walls I took a couple of the plummers, our old collie bitch (11 years old but a very good bushing dog) and our oldest deer x, Isla, along with the pup for a wander down the railway line and across the fields. Not far along the line and we had our first catch in the bushes then they got to their favourite spot, quite a dense area of brambles bushed a rabbit out for the old girl  The area isnt hugely

I stopped going in there a long time ago because of some of the imbecile posts and particularly some of the members attitude towards women, but I would have said, why are those causing the bother allowed to stay on this forum at all? Why not bin the troublemakers rather than spoiling it for everyone else?
  14. Its a Nikon D50 with a sigma 18 - 200 zoom lens Anton.
  15. She's approx 24" tts - about the same size as all her sisters which I recently saw at Bedlington show, the dogs in the litter were much bigger (one is now 28" and another 30 ). They were bred by a couple of lads from Northumberland who bred to keep a pup each themselves, I don't think they are planning to repeat it.
  16. Nuala the deer x is very soft mouthed - Indie is variable, depending on his mood, but he generally retrieves them live to hand.
  17. the dark one is 1/4 beardie 3/4 grey & the fawn brindle is 1/2 deer x grey
  18. Had a look out with the big dogs and a couple of hobs this morning. We got off to a bit of a late start as the alarm wasn't set and we were out ratting last night so a bit tired. We had a good few hours, we havent been on this land since the beginning of the season and the rabbit population has increased dramatically since we were last there, the keeper mentioned to us it might be worth another look. One of my favourite spots this is, for obvious reasons A few of todays pics believe it or not she caught this, just as it
