    Was a fight in our local Morrisons over the weekend about loo roll .Coppers called ,the works lol .

    Mate in the know says Russia have pulled out of whatever they are part of .This has caused a massive knock on effect that will hopefully see a decent fall in fuel prices .

    Personally I think it’s been here a lot longer than they will admit to .Both myself and my work partner had a bad bout of flu like virus with a banging headache just after Xmas .My son had same too .Was on the verge of going to the quack when it went overnight for me .4 cases in our village now and surgery closed to non essential cases .Not sure what that means or they are just resigned to fact most are going to get it . Roads are very quiet .Not sure how they will enforce a stay at home period though .

    Where I live there is talk of builders merchants closing very soon ,pubs and clubs this week apparently .My daughter works in a large restaurant / hotel and they are now down to a skeleton staffing level for essential work only . Getting real now ,what’s it like with you folks ?

    Would you say people bred for the choc gene though as some strains throw a very high percentage of them .Was there a point in your breeding when you realised one dog was throwing chocs and bred to it or did you breed purely to follow the work and the choc gene manifested itself as a result .Just interested mate .

    Have to make do with black dogs mate .I don’t suppose otter will care either way .

    There’s otter sign on the tiniest of streams near me .Only a matter of time before we accidentally hunt one. Full of brown trout at the moment

    Make the funnel quite long mate and you’ll have to experiment with the end size as magpies are far from stupid . Ive made them top entry and had them get out ,same as base entry.The very best trap for magpies and crows is the Larsen by far .

    How did you come by the choc gene Glen or was it always in them .Bred a couple of bronze but never a choc .

    I’d say that’s shite mate .Not many people these days rely on credit cards to make ends meet .Despite all the crap we read I’d say Britain is in a good position right now .Our work is booming ,too much really and enquiries coming in all the time . Talk like that is what triggers recession and nobody wants that surely .

    That’s what I thought until I put the dragon fly on and now it’s comparable to a unit 5 times the value .Onboard ir drains the battery very fast as well .

    Any working dog in contact with rats is producing its own anti bodies to combat any illness .The only time and dog will succumb to lepto is if it’s got another underlying problem .Every single rat killer I know only ever gets the puppy jab .

    Same Steve .In the 30 years I been at it and god knows how many terriers ,I only get them the one jab . Its a scam because they know it won’t harm the dog to have another .If they could get away with 6 monthly jabs they would . A dog only needs a puppy jab to set it up for life .
