  1. i got it handy money and after using it for a while i do prefer it to the legacys.....
  2. i've heard his permission backs right onto dream land aswell.....
  3. impreza's, legacy's and foresters all have a low box apart from turbo's and auto's...... the impreza non turbo is just as capable off road as the others, just less boot space really......
  4. next season ???? this one is'nt over yet.... i'm using a forester but not that new, and that one looks like it's on foreign plates....
  5. manuals are better because they have a "low" box auto's and turbos dont, legacy's have less ground clearance than foresters but that problem can easily be solved by fitting "outback" suspension on the legacy, also legacys have a bit more boot space and a bit more leg room for the rear passengers, both equally as good but i do prefer the forester myself, leave 2.5 and 2.0 turbos alone, the 2.0 or 2.2 engines are bombproof and still have loads of power......
  6. carl froch v pascal definately the best fight i've seen for a long long time.....
  7. should make a handy bitch for someone, very well bred......
  8. i used to see a lass who's mother had the reg PEN 1S on her saab turbo...
  9. i've had a few Discoverys and to put it mildly they were all crap, not bad off road but the build quality is pure shite.... i'll list a few problems that Disco's have..... the sunroofs always leak in... the chassis rot... the boot floor rots... they usually crunch when selecting certain gears... the door handles always stop working properly.... the runner what the electric windows sits in rots.... i'd go for a japanese motor everytime, more comfort, more power and definately more reliable....
  10. can i have mine with a stamp inside saying copy No1, and a full set of your finger prints underneath ????, the ebayers will go mental for it......
  11. the whippets for that extra burst of acceleration, this forester only does 55 mph in 2'nd gear so changes to the breeding had to be made.....
  12. can anybody roughly work out the percentages of the dam to my pups ?????? grand sire = 1/2 greyhound 1/4 bull 1/4 whippet grand dam = 1/2 greyhound 1/2 bull.... now the tricky bit, the sire is a 9/16 greyhound 7/16 bull, so what does that make the pups ????????
  13. them broken bits of spark plug have served you well moter.....
  14. subaru L-Series if your lucky enough to find one.... i have 3 4wd's at the moment, a Subaru forester, a Subaru Pickup and a Daihatsu Fourtrak Independant, all very capable motors......
  15. i'd go for a japanese motor everytime, a lot more reliable than the glorified "sherpas" that is the discovery..... for jap parts use "milner off road" there very cheap....
  16. errrr, just about every other vehicle thats been made.....
  17. welcome back turk, long time no speak pal, pm your number i need to pick your brains.....
  18. if somebody has never had failures it's more than likely that they have lower standards than others, some people expect a lot more from a dog than others, and one mans "world beater" can just as easily be another mans "rubbing rag".... imo it's down to the individual and what he/she expects from there dog, and no matter how carefull you enter them or how well bred they are there will always be failures, because theres duds in every litter....
  19. some women pay a fortune for one of them mud face packs, so think of it as a bit of free beuty therapy.... and i could'nt agree more with your last statement, nothing better than poking around in the dark...
  20. i use "sneyds wonderdog" as a base but i add plenty of fresh lamb and chicken with it.....
  21. the bitch is very well bred, i think Ben was the sire and grandsire.....
  22. i got to page 35 last night, but i can allready tell it's going to be another great book....
  23. i think mark wants to make a name for "himself" rather than create the perfect lurcher, he just wants to be recognised, and he his in many different ways.... from what mark has put accross so many times himself, he allready has "superdogs" so why try and fix something if it is'nt broke ???????? do you think a 600 quid pup is going to make such a big impact in the dog world ?????? in fairness he does get out a lot and works his dogs hard and i respect him for that, but he just comes accross as having a bigger head than humpty dumpty at times.... edited to add......merle24 you beat me t

theres some right tight b*****ds about these days, usually the ones that still use second class stamps.... the "VOLUNTARY" donation was 8 quid when i joined which was still only a drop in the ocean compared to the bill ian has had just to keep this site running over the last 4 years..... i think it would be a good idea to have a special section for non donators where they could chat about the price of bread, fuel, cigs, heroin even , we could name that section "GENERAL TIGHT TWAT CHAT".... P.S Ian can i have my 3 quid change, along with the interest it has accumulated over the las
