  11. no mate i would'nt recomend an outback to anyone the 2.5 engines are very "ropey", and are common for blowing head gaskets... i prefer the 2.2 gx models best, but the 2.0 gls is just as good really, just slightly less "go", better fuel consumpsion though...

  16. yes the outback suspension gives them a good bit off lift and it carries the weight better than the standard struts, i allready had the tyres from an outback i used to have, but there not expensive anyway about 45 quid a tyre....
  17. well the subaru is almost ready for some serious lamping sessions, i've put outback suspension on, the brake lights on a seperate switch the reverse light bulbs have been removed, front spotlights have been fitted and wired to a seperate switch, rally style sump/exhaust guard fitted (4ft x 2.5 ft), back windows tinted out, colway c trax a/t tyres (205 70 r15), 2 lamp connection points fitted and theres 3 chains fitted in the boot to stop the dogs from causing havoc, it has just over 9" of ground clearance, (more than most landrovers) and still holds the road better than any of the 4x4's, just
  18. not for me there not, i use 100watt bulbs in my lamps...
  19. be carefull when buying the bulbs from ebay, they state 100watt etc, but there shite, not bright at all, i bought some thinking i was getting a good deal, they went in the bin after the first night i tried them, i'd rather pay the extra money and get the genuine article now....
