    Wall Street bounced back 10% yesterday. All the people who sold high the other day bought back low, making the rich even richer. I won’t panic because at my age it won’t affect me, no mortgage, no debt, enough savings, some other commodities to fall back on, an escape route if the UK continues to accelerate to third world status. It’s the genuine British working classes I feel sorry for. Cheers.

    I can’t make head nor tail of it , but no doubt some global economists on here will put me right ! LOL ! I got a letter this morning informing my that my bank shares have increased in worth and for the first time in years have paid, albeit a very small, yearly dividend. Im watching the rolling 24 hour news and every few minutes Trump makes another announcement, he’s just increased tariffs on China to 125%, reduced tariffs to the rest of the world to a unified 10%, and then suspended all tariffs, except on China, for 90 days!     The fawn dog is out of this greyhound bitch, Ive just realised I was offered a pup out of the previous mating, but the bitch absorbed the pups. It was a tidy little greyhound, only 56lb Cheers.

    Max is asking if the mC cup is definitely going ahead as he’s looking forward to bring his two dogs ? Also there’s an Open whippet racing meeting at Horden , Durham on Sunday . There will be lurcher racing aswell, so, mC , if you fancy coming up, you could get a timed race against Max’s dog, a timed solo run or I could maybe arrange a race against a non/ped for you ? Cheers

    The initial burst of speed, acceleration, is important in hare coursing aswell, and nothing is faster of the mark, out of the box, of the slip than a non- ped. with my bitch being 28 1/2” and 75lb the best option to bring the size down a bit and keep or improve the speed in the pups would be a non-ped, not a greyhound, but that’s only my opinion. Someone wanting to increase the size and speed may be better off using a greyhound. Everyone had their own thoughts and opinions. Cheers.
