  1. Hendon ? Southwick ? Fullwel ? ?? Cheers.
  2. More nonsense from the press. A tin of chappie is four times the price of a tin of beans in Lidl . Beans 22p, loaf of bread 39p, 15 eggs £1:50. Why on earth would people pay more to eat dog food ? Beans on toast with a fried egg on top costs less than a tin of dog food. Cheers.
  3. Exactly ! My protege' reads the words, doesn't understand them but has the innate sense to Google them and my job is done ! I have high hopes for him , f**k what others say ! ?? Cheers.
  4. I consider myself far to the right of the Blessed Margaret, and think some of Herr Shicklegrubbers policies should be implemented immediately in this country to save us from over zealous politicians and moderators. Cheers.
  5. You know for a fact I'm a Stoic with a hint of Laconic and a smidgen of Sophism, so stop being obtuse, you scallywag ! ? Cheers.
  6. Just just spoke to him and I'm fairly sure he's been deleted and he's adamant he won't be back. Cheers.
  7. This is a hunting internet site.........it's not China, Russia, North Korea ! We ask questions and get shut down. Whats going on ? What are the mods afraid of ? Dissent, awkward questions ? We are only asking if a member is now banned. No abuse, no profanity, just a simple question.......... Cheers.
  8. That was like de ja vu of a pic of me and LDR ! Cheers.
  9. Francie comes across, to me, as someone with some strange opinions........but I'm sure he's a bloke I'd enjoy a pint and a craic with ? Cheers.
  10. I've been waiting for someone else to ask, but there's nowt on the telly, bar football, so I'll ask, why was the thread locked, and has Katchy got his wish and been deleted and all his content been removed ? Dont keep us in suspense.......it was just getting interesting ! ?? Cheers.
  11. Jok mate, you're beating this to death ? If the 'keepers whole body apart from the hand holding the ball is lying prone in the goal behind the line, but his hand and the ball are in front of or not fully across the line......it's not a goal, honestly. The whole of the ball has to cross the whole of the line, irrespective of where the goolkeepers body is.....simple as that ? Cheers.
  12. The ball doesn't have to touch the ground; take, for example, a player takes a corner kick, the ball is in the air and goes over the line, but swerves back into play. The ref will award a goal kick as the ball had gone over the line and out of play. Cheers.
  13. That's the rule mate : "all of the ball over all of the line". ? Cheers.
  14. Aerial view; Looks very tight, but all of the ball not over the line for me ? Cheers.
  15. Military exercise ? Aerial mapping ? Engine testing ? Who knows mate. ? Cheers.
  16. Im supprised there's not more contrails in the sky when an airport like Heathrow has around 1,300 take offs and landings per day, about one every 45 seconds, not to mention all the other airports. Cheers.
  17. What the Royal Household and the Establishment REALLY think ? Black charity founder accuses Buckingham Palace aide of asking: 'What part of Africa are you from?' | Daily Mail Online WWW.DAILYMAIL.CO.UK Ngozi Fulani, director of the east London charity Sistah Space, said she was so shocked by the incident at Buckingham Palace she 'couldn't report it to the Queen... Cheers.
  18. We left our mark, (and our genes), wherever we went in the Empire ! ?? Cheers.
  19. I was in hospital in the Middle East and they found out I had o-negative blood. They asked if I would become a blood doner, and they would give me £50 each time or after ten times I would be awarded "The King Khalid Gold Medal, second class".......I chose the money ! I once gave blood twice in one weekend, as there had ben an RTA, and a child was seriously injured and needed a lot of blood. I felt a bit woozy for a while afterwards, but I heard the kid pulled through ? As ive got older, I've got low haemoglobin and I'm back in the UK so they aren't keen on me giving blood.
  20. Problem is most of them DONT turn up for work.....they are (supposedly), working from home, or , in the case of at least one MP, appearing on a TV show at the other side of the world ! But in the interest of fairness, I had to apply, on line, for my "over 70" driving license, and was expecting to have to wait weeks or months for it to arrive, but to my complete amazement, it arrived in the post three days later ? But on the other hand, a pal of mine has been told his sgc could take up to TWO YEARS to be approved !!!! They are no longer "civil servants" , more like "civil masters
  21. Isn't "Covid 19" the shortened version of the full name "corona virus disease 2019" ? Cheers.
