I can’t remember mate , my pal who invited me there was Gwynn Hughes, well over 30 years ago, but there was another old boxer I met in Cardiff, a black lad called Sammy who also won a British and Commonwealth title, I think in the lighter weight divisions. Cheers.

I’m not Welsh , but one of the best times I’ve had was with some Welsh pals I worked with abroad, and we flew home to watch the Wales - West Germany game at the Arms Park when Rush scored the only goal to win 1-0 ! We ended up in this very high class pub in the docks called the Custom House ! LOL ! Flynn was owned by a lad who used to be on here, from Yorkshire. Flynn was put over a saluki/greyhound and produced the black and white dog, a very handy hare dog; Cheers.

The thing I took from the two by elections yesterday was the almost total destruction of the LibDems. They thought to gain from the turmoil in the Tory and Labour parties, but the lost their deposits in both by elections whereas Reform came third in both. A small step towards change, but I can see it growing in momentum, not enough to win a general election this year, but enough to influence decisions made by the legacy parties, much like UKIP made Cameron give us a referendum on the EU. As I say, a small step, but encouraging. Cheers.

Aircraft have been crop spraying for almost 100 years, the Americans defoliated Vietnam with Agent Orange from the air, but I don’t look up at every aircraft’s trail and think “that’s the New World Order spraying us with mind altering drugs” . I don’t believe very much what the MSN tell us, let alone a publication called “The Global Elite”. So, you believe what you want, I’ll respect that; and I’ll believe what I want . Cheers.

Didn’t “the Paki’s” have some top class coursing dogs at one time ? I videoed the last Waterloo Cup and the lad that slipped the saluki on a spent hare was a coloured chap. My brother lamped with some black lads many years ago, a rum bunch who, after one incident, the ‘keepers kept well clear of ! Cheers. -

To be honest, I don’t think it was the “ethics” who said the country side is racist. It was charities like the WWF, RSPB, RSPCA, National Trust, etc. All these charities get marked on their “diversity and inclusion “ commitments by the likes of Stonewall, and they are terrified to be thought of as racist, sexist and transphobic, so they come out with this over the top nonsense to say “ look how woke we are” ! Theres nothing to stop “ethnics” from enjoying the countryside, you’re more unwelcome if you’re a white , working class male with a lurcher ! Cheers.

It may have been reinstated but I think it’s restricted to the likes of indigenous peoples, etc, like in other countries, I don’t really know, I just remember hearing the Bolsheviks banned it and killed off all the borzois. A bit like Saudi, hunting is supposed to be banned but it still goes on, the Bedouin and the Royals still do it. Cheers.
