I get that feeling sometimes when I'm driving at night on my own. The feeling that if I wanted to I could veer off into a tree. I've had this a few times, fecking scarey Yeah I hate it, sometimes I can wake up just as it's about to happen and get round it but every now and then il not know a thing about it until I'm on my hands n knees dying. Put it down to either sleep apnea or just reflux!
