Causeway and the rope bridge are decent enough mate, we always stay in the la mon when over cracking hotel decent food ect n usally get some live entertainment at weekendsI hunt all round la mon, few cracking holes round it!     Good man! You going to UMT? Should be a good card one of our fighters on it fighting Conor Mcnab be a real good fight man Conor looked good against manni at the last show! Bobby got the best shows in Scotland by far imo, and it's defo growing up here! Also great to see both Craig Dickson and jordan Coe back over for it and on the card, few real good fights one not to be missed

    Yeah I usally try and avoid hitting the floor after if as hard as it is not to collapse lol! Not fun born hunter but better than sitting about in the house and work getting fat! Fight camp conditioning class tonight followed by hour of Muay Thai sparring so should be fun, nothing like being flung on your arse 5000 time but pro fighters lol Absolutely, credit to you for having the pride and motivation to try to change your health and fitness!     Can remember when I did a high intensity gym workout with hardly any rest period. I went white over, felt as sick as a dog and had to lay on the bed for a good hour....Feeling a bit better now man thank fuk lol training is hard enough but like to finish of on the air bike doing 50 30 20 cals for time. Horrible as fuk but needs to be done lol. Glad I'm not the only oneair bikes are great ,i like that workout also ..have you tried the 10 secs on 10secs off for 10 times ..that makes you dizzy lol...with a HIIT session shouldn't last more than 20 mins as its about max effort heart rate and not don

    Too right mate, take one guess which one I struggle with most lol diet ie. not fueling/refueling yourself properly? Trying to not eat a load of shite all the time is what I struggle with lol but no mate iv got it under control well enough now. It's hard but for me it's the most important part!

    Alright lads, been doing HIIT a few times a week for a wee while now but last few weeks it's been leaving me dizzy as fuk and sick, but seems to be getting worse, feeling ill after a couple of rounds after MT training.
