    Raff, i tried straw for less than a year, i found it was cheap to buy, but IF the dog got wet in the run the straw was ruined in no time, same with shredded paper imo.............Shavings are terrible and i found the best method has been blankets and duvets, although as with any other bedding it needs checking daily............. P.S I also got fed up with straw blowing everywhere after cleaning......

    but how many generations would you say it's been since the kc ones have done any work at all? the kennel club have only had the hold of the breed for about 5 years i think. dont quote me on that though as i might be wrong. Think they were accepted into the working group about 2005 BUT were still a kennel club registered breed with a standard in the rare breeds group

    Wilf is right, rest the dog now until the limp completely disapears, better to miis a nights lamping that run the dog and miss a chunk of the season. Is the toe swollen at all?

    There is no way mods would be able to give the green light to the photos posted on here, there are hundreds upon hundreds posted a month, the board would grind to halt................. The simple answer WOULD be for member to learn some self control and common sense, but we all know that wont happen so simply the retards and toguh guys will continue to post waht they post, mods will remove the bad photos they see that contradict the forum rules and maybe, just maybe when they get that knock on the dorr they MAY learn.................

    I remember the bout well Gnasher, i have a few sporting figures who i found/find inspirational. Randy Couture, the man defied the odds in a tough sport, coming into the game late, Bryan Robson, as a kid watching him as England Captain and finally Ian Botham, again a great cricketer when i was a kid and all his charity work.......
