Ive worked with behaviourists, even trained a few, i agree in some species relavence is given to dead animals, but with the vast majority its more often viewed upon as with indifference or as a potential meal. Ive also read of the badger funerals and elephant graveyards.............Although i think we are going off at a tangent.............

    No offence matey but isn't it a little nieve buying "any terrier going" expecting the next "Smithy"? He offered to buy the mother along with two pups? Surely mate, surely if hes been ripped so often he could smell a rat when a fella breeds a litter and flogs the dam?     yes mate get yourself a shock coller and just show him whos the boss Forget this advice, i have used electric collars many times and they are great for CERTAIN instances, in this case you need to go back to basics away from the hunting filed and work on your recall, nowdays electric collars are spouted as the solution by mainly those who can't be arsed to put the time and effort in, a potential quick fix, BUT in the hands of inexperienced trainers they can make a bad problem worse...............

    Its about being a responsible owner, if your dog is out night after night and catching numbers and you keep taking the dog out sore and bitten you'd be a bellend, that was my earlier point, would or could the dog go out............ youve got to work them hard at the end off the day and then you get the best out off them bellend !     well that was the other thing I was going to ask, one of them is inbetween an A road and a housing estate....it's never pitch black because of the glow of the streetlights/road etc! we do get a few runs but it's just bloody hard work to be honest. Any tips on that sort of place? Depends Rob, i'd be wary about the a road depending what sort of road it is, had some scary moments with dogs being taken over roads, all i can suggest is try and get between the rabbits and their warrens, you could alwasy string a long net out but im assuming you want to run the dog?

    It all depends on the area Rob, some spots are fine to lamp an hour after dark, some at midnight and some at 3am, depends on how educated stuff is to the beam, is it near housing etc etc, bit of a piece of string answer really but one place i lamp is fine an hour after dark, another i hit at 12am and another after 1am.................

    Spot of fella, drop me a pm and you can come and look at my kennels and take whatever you want.............Must be cheap, anyone coming out with that shit wouldn't get the steam of my dogs turds. Chances are you are cheap on food/medication/housing and everything else........... i understand what your saying but if someone on here sells a dog or pup for thereasonable 150 theyre branded a peddler cant win on here full of contradiction I dont think so matey, i think £150 for a well bred working lurcher/terrier is a bargain, different to a peddler who sells dogs for profit and time
