I wanted out of EU, Not out of the UK. I think we are better off united. Lads say we can survive on our oil, Boll*cks to that, it fluctuates too much and they are Idiots if they think "get away from england and rejoin eu". It's all the mongo down and outs that think that's a good idea. They dont want to be governed by Westminster but happy to be ruled over by the EU, doesn't make sense to me. Too right. Had a bad back for years but never had time for the docs. Then it properly went pop and went seen doc. They gave me them at first I needed them but now with movement I dont have to till it's bad. Gotta wait till covid pish is over before doc will see me

No worries mate. When I get home I'll put pick up of it. Deffo good to get one Physio said I've to do twists n movements. So anytime I have spare just stretch twist. Not even big movements help. Small movements but regular and seems to unstiffen Hope it gets better soon nothing worse than back pain

I am on tramadol for back pain when it kicks in I pop one wait for it to start working ( half hour ) then I have a back massaging seat thing I attach to seat or lay it on bed depending what shape my back is in. The pain killers with heat and movement from back massager work. Tho I'm in constant pain it helps when it's at its worst
