    More accurate no but in the distant past now some were as good. Winchester laser, American eagle. Federal game shock and eley hvhp all were exceptional. I also remember that recently I tested a box of CCI velocitors and the grouped tightly also. I never noted any hypers doing well except for some pre 90's yellow jackets and stingers only ever worked well in one rifle.

    I remember my Krico shot eley HV into a nice inch clust at 100 yards but I was younger and slept with the thing!

    I got a grooved piccy for my 457. Just saying....

    So I managed to get the sytong on the air rifle. It's only a 3-9 with no parallax so I've had to compromise a little bit on close targets. Come 20yds it's clear enough and improves even further out. Under 20yds the image is blurred but I still shot two at 10yds. Shot 5 rats tonight and I'm pleased with the results. Nice and quiet, just centered, lights out.

    Yep, did buy a topsy turvey recently. And I still suffer from black powder addition. Next project is to see if I can get that add on, on to the air rifle for the rats.

    Got to see several deer this afternoon. Fallow at about 700yards. I had to cross snow with just a thin birch tree line between us. I got to about 170yds before they busted me and moved off. It was a tall order but I loved every second of it. Had I took my sticks I may of been tempted for a shot. Anyway I decided to retire and wait for dark sat under a large oak. As it got dark along comes Charlie. He walks right past me and at forty yards he got the shock of his life! A splendid afternoon ?.
