    I will give Mark credit he put his money were his mouth was would he try and break someone's dog yes of course just for his own ego would he hold a grudge yes but he did and does own very good dogs and any man that wants to put 30 frozen bunnies out just to say they did the ton with one dog well that's when you need to give your a head a shake

    it was only a matter of time but looks like the taxman is now chasing his cut a few round here have been pulled in for breeding and the council are also wanting paying for breeders licences that weren't paid for

    My mate as 6 pups on the deck all accounted for he could of had umpteen homes for them he knows were there going and there all going to good homes he did travel 8 hours one way to get the stud he wanted so as been said you might struggle so you may need to travel

    I once bought one from Carlisle way years ago she would eat and bury any rabbit and hare she caught but on bigger edible she was mustard took many a knock and kept at it she had a nack how to run certain gear I kept her for a certain job sadly she died doing what she enjoyed def a very capable cross im surprised you don't see more of this cross

    I think it was round 87 88 i agree there not here now a example I lamped a farm last week that's got a fox problem 30 years ago I use to see between 100 to 250 rabbits I saw 2 on a field that use to be like watership down it was sad to see and no hares I once counted 26 in 3 fields not one on the whole farm

    A lot depends on ground and numbers we did some good numbers up Scotland the land favoured the dogs there one dog took 69 we finished in three figures he couldn't do 40 normally he cramped up that night the lad got over excited even after I told him he's had enough im more for seeing a good hunt and run than numbers theses days
