    He was getting pats on the back for posting bags of coney he'd took in June/July anyone else would have got slated .and then he didn't like it because someone told him his lad worked same area with his mates .what the f does it have to do with him who works the land ,just because you got perm don't mean you own the land

    No chip on my shoulder bud ,I just say it the way it is and as for mates I got mates who'd do time and have done rather than drop me in it and I hope you could say the same from these good lads all over the country you go out with but you may find when the sh*t its the fan they drop you right in it as its easy to say something but different ball game when your looking at going away for a holiday in the big house .     I was out for a mooch early morning and me runner spotted something ginger and off she went like a missile and soon out of sight ,well I followed in same direction but no sight of her so kept walking thinking I find her or she come back but after walking 3 fields and a spinny I still not see her ,normally she'd come back to place she run from but not today , I called me brothers and we got searching local area and the misses posted lost dog on fb after a hour . all kinds going threw me head and got to say it was a bad 3 hours until some nice young lady walked up and asked if we'd lost a l

    He looks a nice type mate ,I like a lurcher to have a bit of bedy in them . I think he's the right age to start and night on the lamp with a easy catch soon sharpen him up ,Remember keep it simple and once he's caught one or two then home as its best to end a night or day on a high with a youngster.     I've always said best way is to just get on do what you do and tell no one nothing as when you start letting folk no what you up to or going out with others it's when problems start , I go out on me own and that way anything go wrong it's down to me and no one but me can chat me business.

    A mate owns a small holding next to a airbase and plenty of hares , deer on it along with Charlie but no chance of getting perm .

    Me uncul used to do Glen Parva youth offenders grounds and he'd take good bags of rabbits and get payed for it then sell the catch to butchers ,I lamp the local crem as it holds good numbers .it can get a bit creepy but like my old nsn used to say the dead not hurt you boy it's the living you got to watch out for lol . I'm moving next to old usa air base that's got good numbers of coney so hopefully get some good days ,nights out next month .

    I not kept snakes for 15 Yr, back then I'd have jumped at the chance to handle some of the stuff you get in the states Some rat snakes will hunt and eat venomous ones no problem especially the black racer .

    I uses to keep rat snakes ,some can be fcukers for biting ,lot of keepers train on these before going to venomous snakes as they fisty and quick strikers .

    They is a few that think a lurcher as to be a first x collie grey or a terrier grey To me the best type is one that's catching and one you can live with

    If someone was to ask what x I'd have if ban was lifted I'd say saluki bull grey or a saluki bull grey x deerhound grey but it's not going to happen so I stick with me bedy lurcher

    I like a bedlington lurcher as they suit the ground I work now . They lots of xs that are lurchers and to be honest I couldn't say what type the best for someone else as its all about the land and quarry you work .

    Like been said I really don't no why he tells folk he can trace this line back 100s of yrs when he can say he's bred them for last fifty Yr or so and yes he's eccentric but also a very clever man and very knowledgeable when it comes to running dogs and they no denying his type a nice stamp .
