My mate got two Turkish mastiff types and even though they seem OK I don't see the need for them in UK but we could very that about most big types of dogs

I've got fans going ,cold mats that's been in the freezer and a pool for ferrets to have a swim and hutches facing the fence to shade them but they still struggling especially the old Jill . Just wondering what others are doing to get through these temps ,

I look for a pup that comes and investigates and wants to play ,I've known runts of the litter to turn out better than rest of the pups so I don't go so much on size but boldness.

My 3 lurchers will go out there way to sit in the full sun ,I worry about them over heating and bring them in but soon as they can escape to the yard they gone ? Nearly lost my ferrets because the heat even though they in the shade with fans on cages ,I got the dogs a pool to cool down in but they don't use it so I've been giving the ferrets a swim couple times a day and they love it .

He should be given a chance to go to a unit that gets them ready for realese but they just don't trust him as every chance he gets he fcukd up , if he had worked his ticket he'd have been out years ago ,you can not beat the system but you can keep your head down and get the fcuk out on the day your supposed to .

Wood Hill is a easy place to be if your in the system unlike the old school jails like Wandsworth ,now that was one dark depressing sh*t hole, I used to go onto the wood Hill special unit daily as years ago they did courses for cons to get parole etc and all the worse cons have no cell cards with names on it just say Joe blogs 1 etc and make no mistake Bronson not a patch on some in the units , Cucumber sandwiches and a chopper on the roof is what he demanded and got the jail on lock down because he threw his dummy out once again .

getting 7 year sentence and serving decades ? man's a fool to throw away his life because he's not able to control his temper when things don't go is way.

I've spoke to him couple times ,he's like a big kid to be honest and they a lot worse than him on the units they have him on ,the kangas treat him like a kid and it's when they refuse to do the simple things he goes into one ,I don't think he will cope outside as the world as changed so much ,shame really.

I took the dogs in the woods for morning walk and we was on a busy trail for runners,bike riders and groups of kids out back packing when I see a man walking towards us and as he got closer I realised he wasn't just shirtless but totally naked ,he just said" morning" I tried to explain that kids and women use these paths but he totally ignored me and carried on walking .

I guess lot of people walk in gyms and straight back out again because they feel out of place but if they take time to ask someone for help it's normally given ,like you say do it for you and forget what others are doing and do what your comfortable with .

Swimming great way stay fit ,he can get a pass to local pool and gym from doctor ,I took me 2 lurchers Swimming in the river yesterday, one don't like a bit of rain never mind a river but he soon got into it once I waded in with him ?

I love a bit of yoga and meditation and I've just stared going acupuncture and it seems to be helping more than drugs from gp .
