If you can’t handle a poached egg on top of mash try putting an egg yolk in with the spuds when you are mashing them, it’s a taste sensation and makes the mash really creamy

When I was a kid ( which wasn’t as long ago as most of you lot, lol ) my old man was a contract welder, when he was in work we were fed like kings, when he was out of work it was a case of how many times a week could we have rabbit, now I’ve got a hatred of rabbit

For me tonight, sea bass with a Tunisian stew, I first had this in Tunisia about 6 years ago ( don’t think it was with bass ) it’s absolutely lovely but a little bit spicy for her, sea bass with new potatoes, leeks in creamy Dijon sauce
-

Well I finished off the edging of the solar panels and got the harness repaired in the quad and got it put back together
-
Barley and wheat like it the same way as I like my women, wet and warm, rape just loves the sun, they look like they will get a cracking yield from that, which is just as well because some of it had to be redrilled 3 times
-
They normally start towards the end of July around here, depending on the weather, my mate said the yield on the barley is a bit low but they’ll take it because last year they couldn’t get it down because it was that wet, I’ve just popped in to see his lad and he said they will be finished by the end of the month and that includes all their contracting, they normally finish around the beginning of September
