    So the lad at the gun shop rang me and tikka have said 6 to 8 months for the rifle I want So I’ve now got the ball ache of a task of ringing all the shops to see if anyone has one on the shelf to get it RFD’d to my local shop

    Have any of you lot watched meat eater on Netflix, it’s a bit over the top American but it’s good to see how it’s done over there, bow hunting elk and shooting sika with front stuffers, the respect he has for his environment and the animals he hunts is superb ?

    It crazy mate, we are in tier 2 in Stockton but the shoot is in tier 1, so at the minute I think I can travel there ( on my own ) to shoot but if they move me to tier 3 and the shoot stays at tier 1, I can’t travel to go shooting, but if I’m going to feed that’s different because I have a responsibility to look after them ?

    So I’ve just been to the gun shop, knowing what I wanted ( tikka t3x lite lefty adjustable ) the lad in the shop said he would ring on Monday but don’t hold your breath as they are struggling to get what he call special order rifles from them ( lefty ) he said if they haven’t got one it could be up to 8 months as the American market gets what they want before us ? blast you Trump and your right to bare arms ?

    I looked at the .204 but getting what I want in lefty seems to be the problem, I know I can have the .223 within a week and I think it will be more than enough rifle for the scope

    The crazy thing is the lad at firearms said it’s not his decision but he couldn’t see a reason why he couldn’t have them back ? WHAT, what about the twice he’s had them took off him before, both related to violent offences, the world’s mad

    My .243 is a t3x lite stainless and I don’t think I’d buy anything else now, I had a .243 tikka varmint barrel and it was like carrying an assault cannon i used to take people out with me just to make them carry the rifle

    A little bit off topic, but I’d be interested in a few other opinions ive just had a phone call from a mate of mine, he has resubmitted a shotgun grant form after having both his FAC and SGC revoked 4 years ago following a domestic incident, ( no charges ) now this is the second time he’s had it taken off him, the first time was for drink driving and common assault ( the first time he got everything back after 12 months), now firearms have rang him today asking why he wants it back, he told them he’s a part time game keeper ( which he is, sort of ) and the lad who runs the shoot will vouc

    I think that’s the way to go Dave im thinking tikka t3x lite, adjustable as the wraith sits a little high, no doubt the it will cost me more as the racist gun makers persecute my lefty people ?
