    I have the Makita with a chord.My battery one is dewalt.I have used it to cut thick steel build wooden dog houses(not perfect) It is really good sawing up frozen meat in comparison to anything I've tried.The battery operated one is usually in my boat when I go digging with terriers as I encounter more roots than dirt.

    I spent the evening building me a spear that also is a walking stick.In my state it's legal to use spear for fox,beaver,groundhog,coyote and wild hogs.I hope to incorporate this tool with my pack.Does anyone have experience spear chunking with terriers?

    There is a product in America called Nustock.Katchum has posted before and could possibly tell you where to get it.I have used it on the split tails and will regrow hair quickly from what I seen.

    This the same swamp.Us rednecks renamed it Katchums 2 bollocks. Has a nice native American Indian ring to it ? All jokes aside it's a scary dark place digging alone.I installed a tracker on my cell phone so hopefully my wife can find me when something happens.I dont enjoy it matter of fact it scares the shit out of me but the terriers need digging.If I had good normal digging I would never step foot in those pits of hell ever again.

    Our deer season opens in October.In this certain swamp they close coon hunting during deer season.This is basically the only swamp that closes coon hunting.The reason behind it is to protect some type of endangered bird.Thats the government for you ? The government thinks dogs will disturb these birds.Truth is coons are overpopulated in this swamp because of this.They are everywhere and definitely eat birds and eggs.As far as I'm concerned I hope the coons eat every last one of them.In this same swamp they are also overpopulated with otter and bobcat but no legal way to hunt them.So in co

    I jumped out of bed at 3am to get ready to go explore a swamp I'm only allowed to hunt in Sept.Because of this there is a bunch of yearling coons there.Perfect for a pup to start the season.I released my older crossbred bitch an hour before daylight.She entered an immediately I smelled a skunk.In Dixie we call them polecats.Skunk spray will kill a terrier unless you can get oxygen to them.I got her out quickly but I became covered in the spray.Imagine pepper spray and sewage.Its so strong you can taste it.     I have know idea if there big cats in UK.I dont live there.What I find amazing is this exact argument goes on all across the state of Alabama (roughly size of England)in every little country store.Some say they have seen black Panthers but there is no proof.What I can tell you about big cat sightings is it has provided me a chance to dig a few places after the current hunters left.When you show up with a terrier and a shovel to chase a black panther you get some strange looks.

    Thanks Sheep are rare in Dixie and generally married.I have discussed it with some cattle breeders.I am amazed at what they can do with cows and I'm sure sheep too.
