    Had 'em a couple of weeks now and have covered about 40 or 50 miles in them on the moor and on farmland etc. Comfy enough straight out of the box but now feel spot on. Gave a coat of Grangers before I first went out in them, just got to wait for the bad weather and some digging to really test them properly. Cheers, D.

    In all seriousness,for a club with such a bad reputation as West Ham have/had due to the hooligan element.....we do get respect from clubs big and small all round the country....ok we know its not a popularity contest but it does give us a little pride down here to know that genuine fans of football do recognise the contribution this club has made over the years to the game in England be it for the players we produce or the traditions and following we have.If nothing else i believe this club is recognised as a proper football club. I believe it all stems from Bobby Moore who in over 30 years

    Blackburn. A mate got mugged and hospitalised by Hammers fans many years ago at Upton Park when we played them there. 5 onto 1, broke his jaw, nose, wrist, two ribs, quite a few stitches and took his watch, wallet and wedding ring. Tough feckers eh? Cheers, D.
