Yes that’s correct every single household got the same letter. ??

I hardly ever get them on the dogs but the ferrets seem very prone to getting them? Lower to the ground perhaps when out ferreting? Horrible little fuckers, hate them.

Without realising it your backing up my point. You say lockdown has stopped deaths from road accidents and other causes which is true but no one is suggesting we ban cars from the road and stop people driving to save lives. I am also saying exactly the same the statistics on this whole thing are being manipulated to make people comply. I am not saying and never have that the virus isn’t a major issue but what I am saying is we will have to live with it and with an element of risk because it is impossible to eliminate risk from our lives or death and if we stay in lockdown till the virus is gon

If this were about 1000’s of extra deaths a day I would be 100% with you but at this moment my point is I do not think there are 1000 extra deaths a day and the statistics back that up (as said in previous posts deaths overall are actually down and we can’t eradicate death). I am also not talking about car loans I am talking about people losing there jobs and homes as a direct result of the measures bought in to fight the virus. If in a year or twos time when people can’t afford to feed themselves and the nhs is crippled through underfunding due to the affects of shutting the economy for th

I do understand what your saying but in life we have to balance risk in everyday life all the time. My dad has had it and recovered and was quite poorly and yes it was a concerning time but you can not remove risk or death from daily life and if we are shut up for to long as a country then more people will end up dying. It’s not life vs economy it’s life vs life as a country with a tanked economy has no money for public services and poverty kills just not as obviously as a virus. The cold hard facts are people lose loved ones every single day and as a country our government have to weigh up wh

No they are not being autopsied and my bet is that the majority of people would have been dead by the time the summer was out anyway, of today’s 917 only 50 didn’t have known underlying health problems yet we are told they have died of Covid? 1400 people die on average every single day in the uk what’s the current total? Is it even higher than that right now? I know in March deaths were down on 2019 not up! The current way of recording deaths is if they test positive they go on the death toll even if they didn’t have Covid symptoms! All designed to cause mass hysteria and people to obey the lo

Exactly what my relatives who work in hospitals have said and backs up my earlier point about there is hospital capacity so surely now we can lift the lockdown and get on with it.

https://brexitinformation.com/2020/04/10/unlocking-the-lockdown/ excellent article based on science which gives a good picture of where we are at regards herd immunity. Not to boring or long have a read.

Worldwide I genuinely believe the whole thing is massively hyped up by the MSM, I am not for one minute saying people aren’t dying and this isn’t serious but so many deaths are being attributed to Covid 19 that shouldn’t be and I think basically the whole world has panicked. When we look back in 2-3 years at death rates across the world I don’t think there will even be a spike, deaths for the last month are lower than the same month in 2019. We can’t live in a world without death or risk and we keep being told the lockdown is to avoid the nhs being overwhelmed but my mum and sister work is hos

The way yesterday’s deaths were reported was completely and totally wrong and designed to spread fear so people carried on staying indoors. There were actually only 117 who died yesterday and the rest were deaths from previous days now thought to be due to Covid 19 some as far back as 05/03. Until the way deaths are reported and the media start reporting facts not fear we will be unable to get a clear picture as to if the numbers are falling. This is information that whilst buried was available on the bbc, telegraph, Sky, guardian and pretty much all major news outlets.

@Born Hunter I much prefer thought out science based posts on subjects like this than panicking speculation, yes they can be heavy and boring but it’s good to have something based on facts rather than conjecture. This is a topic and situation we are definitely best off trying to understand and take at face value...no matter how boring!

Agreed, but so were the ones from the last few days so just desperately hoping things may be starting to turn. Some other European countries are starting to make plans to lift the lockdowns also so more green shoots. I reckon April is a right off but may we may be tentatively and slowly getting back to normal.
-
Deaths down to 403 today, significantly down on the last few days. Green shoots? Probably to early to say.

Had any problems with her getting any stick off old ratty? A fired up rat is a formidable opponent for a small jill.

I hope and pray your right or this shit storm will go on forever in cycles of lockdown and general massive disruption to life as we know it until we have a genuine and freely available vacation against it.

He did, I couldn’t just say nothing. A few others piped in and then he just bottle jobbed it and closed the entire account, not surprised really cowardly way out from a cowardly man.

Same issue for me

Fair enough if the dog genuinely isn’t interested anymore but my opinion is that’s normally been bought about by poor handling (potentially not on teeth some just have enough) running a dog to often or in poor condition etc. Like you said the least you can then do is either retire it or re home it. I personally don’t know how you can own a dog for 3/4/5 years and then just get rid. Any dog I have is with me for life no matter how shite it is!!!

Has anyone found it a struggle to get paid? Finished a lot of jobs and worked my bollocks off as I knew this was coming but now I want paying some (not all) seem to want to use this as an excuse not to pay. I get it these are uncertain times but work has been done and I have paid my blokes etc and those invoices need paying but I can feel it’s going to be a struggle with some. Especially as a sub contractor for some of the jobs as these companies also operate on cash flow and that has dried up from them.

Yes bloke even said what a good dog it was and then after “jacking” once, almost certainly because he was either injured or just knackered not because he lacked ability or heart, he abandoned him at only about 3 years old. Ruined my Saturday night that did, just kept bothering me that someone could do that.
-
You know what I’ve never actually measured him! He is a good size for a whippet though reckon he must be pushing 21.5-22 something like that. Wouldn’t be at all surprised if somewhere there in the genes there’s a drop of greyhound in there.
-
Working a lovely little non ped at the moment, not really that little though he is a big strong boy for a whippet but as a rabbit dog you won’t go to wrong.
-
I saw a post on Instagram bloke was laughing about leaving his dog in the field because it had jacked on a hare despite the fact the dog had already had a 10 minute course and then with 15 minutes rest he ran the dog again and after 4-5 minutes the dog gave up and he just left it there. Posted pictures the next day of someone saying they had found a lost dog with laughing faces saying that’s his dog. Disgraceful, dog was probably either injured or just knackered. Disgusted someone could do that to their dog, people like that don’t deserve dogs.

Your welcome to borrow mine but I am a loooonnnnggg way from gods country. Good luck finding a vas hob if not much as I hate doing it a bit of thinning of the litters when they are born to avoid having to home to many kits?

Lovely cross that one I would look to own in the future but unfortunately not in a position to take on a pup right now. Good luck finding quality homes for the pups.
