    As you no I’m in the process of attempting to move out of my house onto a boat which is taking rather longer than expected but if I’m around will happily share a ride up with Sean, what’s the overall mileage of the walk if I may ask as I do have a few limitations ??

    I,m in hospital next Thursday to have guided pain killers injected into my spine for my arthritis also have it in my feet as well as plantil facitis or whatever it’s called, but if I’m about I’m game, I’ll keep you company keeping up the rear or share your taxi ???

    If I,m about and you want some company in the car travelling up mate let me no, how many miles does this walk up and down said mountain contain as I don’t want to hold anybody up, I,m good for 10/15 miles over rough ground before the ole legs start playing up ??

    Us lot as you put it are just looking at things slightly differently to yourself, and yes a former poacher would make a good keeper as he has spent a lot of his life avoiding them, were as a good old boy who went to college for his education may not be so switched onto the small signs people leave behind its just like a reformed criminal would make an excellent plod as he already knows all the tricks and excuses, but at the end of the day keepers are just people doing a job same as everyone else and some are pricks well others are salt of the earth types,

    Morning young man and welcome onboard, there is a gamekeeper thread on here but this is the most busy page so I,m sure some of them will see your question and answer you, I,m a bit of a townie so not the man with all your answers, but for a starter I would advise you to find your local shoots and put your name forward for some weekend beating work, think this can be a gateway in and will definitely get you talking and mixing with the right people
