I just buy natural latex tube the number is made up from the internal and external diameter as in 1.7mm internal and 4.5 external I get it on eBay from China and it’s cheap as chips, but I think most firms like dangkung sell it as 1745 amber tube ??

I have special insoles made for me nearly £300 a pop and I do all the exercises also see the physio but it’s been there for several years I fell off a roof in 2016 and snapped my ankle in several places as well as all the tendons healed up well for a year now feels like I’m walking on hot coal all the time have Arthur in the toes and my plantar is very enlarged according to my latest scan old bones don’t heal as well as young ones and I don’t bounce as well as I once did -

I have a lot of different makes and models and find these ones great value for money, plus if your trying to catch thief’s they have black led,s instead of red so won’t give their precence away to any criminals, they do a single snapshot before a short video which is good as the video mode on most cams is slower to trigger than stills, plus for the money it won’t hurt to much if you lose one ???the very best one I have is a browning strike force but at £150 a pop it hurts when you loose one so now I just buy the digit now ones and don’t worry to much were I put them ??

Should be ok for the 18th, so what’s the deal is it a case of drive up walk up and down said mountain and drive back, or are we making an overnighter of it, would rather camp out personally but no a few will want a soft bed and a bath ?
