Slow cooking short rib of beef think it might be a bit on the tough side couple more hours and I'll find out

It's good grub mate she on this one at the moment as she only weighs in at 7 half pound. Really happy to be putting this stuff through her, will move to the Regional red as I don't think she will eat much more then 3 bags a year working that out on not growing much heavier than 22lb.

Japs make the best 4x4s except for the one I owned lol Got a lexus 400h that's doing quite nicely at the moment it is a reliable cheapish to run that was cheap because of a few electrical problems one being the tailgate not opening which I managed to sort. As much as I used to moan about driving landys where I worked they sure gave my rebuilt knee a good bit of physio lol

I think they are all money pits mate, I spent a few Bob on my old vwt4, I always justified it to my self by thinking how much money I saved on having holidays away over the years
