There's nothing I like more than contributing to this forum TH but if you post anything with Plummer on its trolled by FD, I actually had 2 of the top 10 posts on here until I removed the pics on the lurcher section, the d80 is the past, that was updated and a few more lenses were added last year, I take many pics of all sorts of nature, not just my dogs, no I was never csd88 but after being blocked on login as WC I tried to join as 2 other names but was never allowed due to it being a multiple account so my mate joined me as Mr plummer, after my spat with you I was then blocked from logging in

the only thing that would piss me off was the fact the dogs where passed on to someone i i wouldnt have wanted to have them. now that would piss me right off. apart from that i would get over it . onward and upward. ps. feck all wrong with plummers. russells or crossbreds.. but them patts are either to big to hard or to quiet for my liking.

really enjoyed that. and can relate to some of it, as probably most can on here. we had a terrier that learned the same way of despatching below. he was very nearly culled due to the fact that he had more between his ears than we did. ive a pic of him somewhere coincidently next to a little ten inch russell . both are gone now but are fondly remembered. keep posting. ps. every post /topic you write. shines of being brought up with good manners. this is good to see in an age -
the first step in my opinion is to stop ridiculing whats seen as lesser breeds in the working terrier world. and stop slating show folk that keep showdogs. dont decry the people that like to own a jack or border as a pet. these folk have a liking of terriers and like the history behind there little tykes . so what if they are sat on velvet cushions and eating chicken liver. these folk could be allies, so why do we shun them and alienate ourselves. we should be pulling them to our bussum. they are numbers that are on side or at least swaying to our side. put away the macho atitude leave th

I think you will find you could teach a monkey to lamp foxes with the gear you lads have for shooting. i'm not knocking you but I have done a bit of shooting also. we never had the night vision but it was very easy indeed to clear an area of vermin. if I was to write a book on fox control for dummies. shooting with all the toys, would be the prefared method. it is that simple and that efficient its scary. not knocking you shooters but lets say it as it is eh. there are fair amount of foxes around us. more town foxes than ive seen for a long time but few being found to ground. mostly laying up

how could you possibly know if a dog is a worker or non worker in the show ring. no judge could know this unless they knew the dogs/owners personally . and well enough to go out with them and there dogs. this of course would mean judging the wrong end of the leash. if you cant tell a dog that as grafted weather it is still grafting or not you should not be in the dog game and before anyone asks dont ask me to explain as this might offend i have had terriers over 35 years and many a lad on will have had the same and what a stupid statement that was mate a good terrier man can tell ta

now here is the irony. working terrier SHOW. why would anyone moan about the best made terrier winning at a terrier SHOW. the dogs should be judged on what they are made like not on scars or marks. the only way to judge a working dog is in the field. i had the bug when i had a nicely made terrier. but havnt had one since but still stick my hand in my pocket for the hunt shows with my not so well made plummers and crossbreds. dont agree with shows .. dont go sorted. show breeding should not affect good lines.
