  4. I don't know mate but alway seem to get more lay ups when its in the East. I can't understand why they would not bolt just because its blowing in a particular direction. Was alway quoted to me by my father and other old boys. Cheers Arry

  6. Done away with my open fire 2 year ago. This thing chucks far more heat and burns a lot less fuel. Same place as Flattop got his from Dean Forge and the Concrete wood effect bean. Cheers Arry

  10. Keep an eye out GM for these two in that sort of area. The Winter Chanterelle that the browns one with the yellow stem which is hollow, it has what looks like a cabbage leaf affect on the under side of the cap. If you find one you will probably find hundreds. Nice taste and dry really well. The Hedge Mushroom that is a robust irregular white mushroom with spikes instead of gills. Keeps for ages just scrape the spikes off. Both should be around now in the woods. Cheers Arry

  14. Never expected to see this fine fella out and about this morning 1st of November quite cool wet and windy. Right out in the open on the lawn. Put him in the compost heap quite a few in there. Cheers Arry
  15. Not used anything thats got stuff added. But you say chopped straw it all seems to be chopped into about 100mm lengths like it's been through a forest harvester, what the f**k is that all about. The ferrets chuck it out every where. Pet shops, Morrison its all the same chopped, went around the farm got some in the end. I don't like this chopped stuff, it used to be quite good before to be fare. Cheers Arry
