They have thinned them out down here and a good thing to. For too long the Badger has been over protected they f****d the rabbits up took over burrows slaughtered Leverets and Hedgehogs.
Still see the evidence of them digging out nests.

If we kicked out all of them in power and put another lot in.
How long before the new lot reverted back to the same old same old????
With the power comes corruption.

Tuesday I had my first Hammered, a silver 3 pence piece and a musket ball with some other bits and pieces. Whats the chances yesterday had another hammered ( Tiny ), a silver 3 pence piece and a small musket ball ( probably a pistol shot ).
Any way I'm a bit chuffed.
Musket/Pistol shot.
A nice Gwano bag seal.
Think this might be off a horses spur.
Any body any idea ??

Went today had some bits and pieces. At last a bloody Hammered small one and a bit tatty. Elizabethan Sixpence 1582. Also Silver 3 pence piece 1888 I think a small Roman and the green coin just make out the detail. A strange musket ball with little cut all over it.

just clean the green one enough to see it's a 1910 Indian quarter. Weird its in middle of a field in Devon.
I agree its the Supermarkets that are taking the piss. Alright might be a bit of a shortage due to the weather but if you want out of season veg you might have to pay a bit more.
I try to buy veg from the Greengrocers and support the town rather than the supermarkets that want everything. Also went to the butcher bought some mince for Cottage pie, their mince is in a different league no water or shit comes out of it.
I bought these seem ripe to me, not like then orange cricket balls in Morrisons.

The Chicken was cooked in that one left over from a roast on Sunday mate.
But you could use Chicken thighs debone them cut up and fry them off or breast of course.
I also fried the diced Onions off for a few minute but you don't have to.
Oven cook at 200c for 40 to 45 minutes if you have a temperature probe the centre of the Pie should be 160f or 71c. Turn the heat down a bit if the pastry starts getting to brown.
It's very easy and taste real nice mate.
Hope thats some help mate.

Morrisons had Tomato's but they where hard as f**k and not really ripe. Ask Wifey to see if she could get some from the market stall as she works opposite. No problem nice ripe tomatoes fo 3/4 of a pound 76p.
