  4. Yea you big girl, you want to get off your computer, get oustside and instead of being the leader of the keyboard hunters, actually learn how to snare properly, in real life Oh you just can't beat keyboard hunters.....life in a big dream bubble.. Hey mr keswick, we all know its a piece of piss....like you've said...none of its rocket science, although some pretend it is.....burst that bubble biatch
  5. Was out myself today micky... Took the camcorder, good result off the fenceline I snared yesterday, I was meaning to get some pegs out but never got round to it, ended up playing bronco billy, helping with some beast worming them.... I'll stick them out tommorow instead..
  6. Hell I must be bored all the time....
  7. Nothings wasted whin, they either get sold to a dealer, gave to friends, or go for ferret/dog/hawk food...
  8. Nothing wrong with the post, in my eyes... Rabbits are vermin and need controlling, regardless the time of year, I've lost count of the amount of gutted rabbits that have held young in winter, theres keepers that run 1000's of acres and cannot keep on control of the rabbits through, shooting, trapping, gassing, snaring , they always come back from surrounding areas, especially were higly populated.. I've just put some hoop and fence snares out to drop some rabbits in some red shale yesterday, an area that was mined over 100 years ago, the rabbits have dug in and to be honest, its not the best
  9. Your better off with a 1/2 size bigger in the lowa I've worn...
  10. What species of deer are you planning on shooting sidelock?
  11. I think you will find the majority of messers on the site are the people who spend most of the day with there arse welded to a chair playing on the internet..... Personally I couldn't care if all the UK, Europe, Americas, etc watched every topic I post and viewed my profile every day.... WHAT can they do?? I go hunting... it's legal, if I did get upto something illegal, which I DON'T !!I wouldn't post it on here........ As the advert goes ......simples !!!!
  12. This topics been done to death. To put it bluntly ....again... Don't post anything illegal and your safe, post something illegal on ANY forum and your basically a retard, asking for trouble... So tell me what it is that scares people, have they/you got something to hide? Does some random stranger on the internet saying...yeh hes ok man, he's sound make another member ok ??? If anyone has any problems, well just don't visit no more easy... I go hunting and post, I don't have to hide that fact... But the more "Hardcore" members can join a safe closed site if they wish and post away whateve
  13. Yes met trev and his dad, top blokes... Give us a shout if you want another look out trev, with the youngun shooting...

  15. We has some issues with the home page, its all sorted now...
  16. Between Fake Bodygrips and Genuine... The fakes are obvious, there weaker, and poorly made... Over the states theres many manufacturers Belisle, Duke, BMI, etc all decent traps, some slightly better than others, but the cheap chinese imports from the likes of atlanticstratford are poor, and not suitable for anything other than rats... The tool shown for compressing springs is handy if you have weak hands, etc but not needed for 110 or 116 bodygrips..
  17. Defenders all the way...maybe not the best comfort for motorway miles but for allround hunting, robustness and offroad there the nuts...
  18. No, it doesnt matter to the lurcher if its in or out of season. Thats where the responsible owner would have come into play. For instance, a few weeks back, i took a late evening walk out my lurcher. I was watching 4 roe deer through the bino's. There was a nice buck and 3 doe's. Historically speaking, a person with respect of seasons, would not have slipped his dog at this time, as chances are, a doe would of been taken. and NO, the evening in question, i didnt "accidently" slip my dog. Niether did i slip the dog on a rabbit, only to "accidently" take off after the roe. R
  19. Everyone has a valid reason why they use fence snares rabbit/fox something has to be put forward to the powers that be.... I've been on farms were all you can really do is fence snare, to be honest they are more succesful, after all snaring is to control vermin is it not... ? As I say there slowly legislating us to death, were does it end? A total outright ban, because when they finish it may as well be, some chicken/sheep farmer with any form of fencing for boundries or a gamekeeper will face going into the dock over setting on a fenceline to catch a fox that is predating there livelihood ???
  20. I've used 55gr up to 100gr in my .243 its a 1 in 10 twist, shoots them all great.. PS you start using 55gr or 58gr vmax in a .243 and they will give you some flat shooting... forget the .223 or .22-250's get the .243 best all round centrefire for the uk...just my opinion of course
  21. Exactly the countries ran by clowns, who have no idea....there job is to create paperwork end of, without it, they have no job....
  22. Great news... rabbit snares with stops...its a joke, still some people just love creating more legislation...Its getting pretty pathetic, with regard to everything snares, traps, hunting.... ... I just hope they see it for what it is and scrap the idea... OR for all the back garden pesties they can have them if they really want them... Cmon who sets a pegsnare on a deer trail in the countryside as for cats in the countryside.....well say no more, whats the point of stops on fences? Its getting pathetic... Are they going to have minimum stops on traps next to stop non target mice/voles get
