Letting the frost get to them or freezing them is supposed to make a chemical change converting whatever makes them bitter into sugar, supposedly I sometimes add a bottle of cheap red wine aswell. Cheers

Yeah, I should have picked them early and put them in the freezer. I bought plums when they were cheap at Aldi, (breaks my heart buying fruit or veg ), and a pal brought me a litre bottle of export blue label Smirnoff off a flight so I’ve made slivovitz, plum vodka Cheers.

My mate has a 1stx dog it’s about 3yrs old now free to someone who will keep him and not just to cash in on it.Its had a few big stuff and longears and rabbits.Chased teeth but never had the chance to get it,he is only getting rid of it as his knees are shot and can’t do what we used to but is a very genuine man.Pm me only if interested and not for a fast buck as I will tell you to feck off.thanks for looking and I don’t have a pic of him
