I was in the yard last week dressing stone saw hammers bolsters laying about a guy pulls over jumps out asks for directions did the silly Cnut not trip over a stone on way back car his leg of his specs embedded n his cheek ffs…. I mean ....it is on a dumpster.... Dumpsters = trash usually.and I'm sorry I've seen a lot of really nice stuff get tossed in the trash as construction sites

If you left timber in a skip anywhere around  here it would be safe as houses ,infact if  it rained someone would probably cover it with a tarp for you.

Hire a skip round here if you haven't brimmed it within the first day every c**t round here will do it for you come night fall or some foreigners looking and taking stuff might make some more room for you but that room won't last long

Once when I was working on a site for some rich lawyers , they had maybe 10 sheets on 6mm MDF board leaning up against a skip.  Brand spanking new bar dust from being in the shed . Slip company was coming that day so I said to them do u want me to move them incase the skip people take them . They said they were for the skip people . They bought them 6 months previous for something and stored in their shed and never used them so was skipping them.  Couldn't believe my ears.  Straight in the back of my van . Still got couple left in my container to this day

i doubt most would think it was rubbish but if it's in the skip you will get chancers taking it and if caught have the excuse of saying sorry mate thought you were slinging it

It was laid on top mate.Brand new 3.6m lengths all stacked neatly where jewsons had hiab'd it,Not like it was a load of offcuts.Most of them were like fair enough when we told them it weren't rubbish.It was the one old bag who actually got the hump coz she weren't allowed to take it that I couldn't believe.
