Some of you f**kers wanna try a good days graft.Up at 5.30 and out with the dogs for 1/2 hour 45mins.All day concreting/slabbing/bricklaying/fencing etc.Out for at least another hour with the mutts when I get home.By the time Ive had my tea,made my pack up and had a shower Its as much as I can do to keep my eyes open to watch an hours tele.

I’m in bed by 10/11pm and up at 6am or early sometimes, if I I’m foxing  I have trouble sleeping, think it’s the adrenaline.but grafting all day does knock me out.

I had sleep apnea for over 20 years ,so i definitely was sleep deprived . When i had my first sleep test , they said i stopped breathing 30 times in 7 hours .
