They use to be popular round hear, me father always kept them , now most are line bred coursing dogs but I think the coursing dog x lurcher is best round these way if you want numbers

Yeh they don’t have the stamina of line bred coursing type but turn their hand better to all rounder jobs, have a go at a fox, more suited to deer job when lads were busy at it. Jack of all trades where your line bred coursing stuff are specialists
