I train at a gym that hosts power lifting events and has top of the range equipment so I know what your saying about decent gear I'm around it daily when the gym was open. I understand fully that it's nowhere near the standard of that and knowhow much the owners of our gym invest in good equipment. But it's a dip station that's welded and bolted and having used it. Its solid enough. I dont know how from a picture you can say it's going to fall apart. Dips are a pretty controlled movement not like your bouncing and rattling it? I can tell from a picture because its typical cheapo Argos light gauge, nuts and bolts home gym equipment.....but you crack on

Stil took my money and money for next day delivery even tho they knew they couldnt deliver. Refunds been given. Ordered a different cheaper one off amazon that looks like it was dispatched today so fingers crossed. Gym also put a wee 30 day challenge up. Every second day do as many burpees as you can in 5 mins and aim to beat it every session. Managed 58 not sure if that's good or not lol. That’s not bad that i watched a film called shot caller this month again and saw a good prison work out scene so we have made that our challenge amrap for 9 mins . Got 72 and was rigid to be fair . Been using this equipment at home . Welded pull up / dips frame , few tyres , good box ( I had an accident in a box a few years ago and still have the scars , and a few heavy things for weights , steps , etc 1

mushroom 12,409
If you've got no weights or not enough room to set a gym space up, I highly recommend the home work out app (see bottom right of pic). It's free on Google play. The Mrs has just ordered us a set of resistance bands. They should be here tomorrow, so I'll be starting a daily routine with them the coming week plus the home workout.

Poor buggers are in their 70's and have nada. A lot of people are going to be hit hard everywhere from this. Anyway let's not digress
