Fury v wilder

Fury has a rematch with Wilder next.It should not matter what Network a fighter is with as the Fury v Wilder rematch has been ordered by the WBC who are the sanctioning body.  Wilders team are still saying they want the Fury rematch. They will have to sit down and sort a deal out between there representatives ( which is what Finkel wants) unless either Fury walks away or Wilder does and then he would get stripped. Fury needed to sign up with a bigger outfit than just Warren who lets be honest cant compete with Hearn/Dazn, it makes sense for Fury to sign up with Top Rank and ESPN, I honestly thought last week that Warrens announcement this week was that Fury was leaving him and going elsewhere so not surprised at all to hear Fury he has signed up to a 5 fight deal with Top Rank and ESPN .

I don't think wilder gives a f**k about getting stripped. And like I said about 50 pages back, can easily see the same situation as bowe and lewis lol

I noticed it with football too.just a better insight and passion for it.

you see max that's where we disagree....and I think your very wrong.....iron mike had great footwork..and superb headmovement...the amount of shots that slid past his head in his early fights was some

First time I’ve seen a p***y get robbed

Be no issues with fury vs Wilder 2 I shouldlnt imagine

But Tyson being alligned with Espn in the us and bt sport in the U.K. Means we will be a long long way from seeing Tyson v Joshua, there'll be all manner of bullsh**t making that fight now due to the politics & nitty gritty.

josh is obviously with dazn in the us and sky sports in the uk so there'll be all sorts of to'ing & fro'ing from both sides now, this is not ideal for us who just wanna see the fight

It'll probably never happen now

Wilder is with Showtime, Joshua is with Matchroom and Dazn and Fury is with BT and now because he has signed with Top Rank and ESPN to get a bigger piece of the pie he is Ducking !! so predictable. There was no problem at all with Showtime and Dazn/Matchroom allowing a fight between Joshua/Wilder to take place, unfortunately the fight did not come off but it was nothing to do with rival networks. Like I already said all they have to do is sit down with there representatives and sort a deal out that works for both sides, there is far too much money involved for these fights not to happen .

There had been a few rumblings regarding something going on with Fury/Warren and now we know that it's a five fight deal with Top Rank/ESPN for eighty million. Fury now has a lot more backing stateside so if anything it should make the rematch taking place more likely. Its also a bit more pressure on Wilder now a.We will know soon enough I think .

He'll never duck the fight

there will definitely some more agg making it now though but I do think promoters & broadcasters & all them should as you say, think of the money & put all the little details to one side

The thing is Billy is Joshua has a 100+ million Matchroom/Dazn deal and now Fury has an eighty million deal with ESPN,Wilder is under Haymon with Showtime so gets what Haymon throws him. All these different Networks have invested all this money with these huge contracts for the sole purpose of recouping there money plus to make as big a profit as possible. The biggest money to be made is to have the three of them all fight each other so really I can't see them stopping the fights going ahead. Looking at it now though the Networks will want to build these fights up to gain maximum exposure and profit so I have a feeling they might not want them to face each other until 2020. Be interesting to see what happens with the ordered Wilder/Fury match now if that is the case .

Your bang on the money mick,if they class themselves as shrewd men who know their way around a business deal then they should know that what you say is correct

yeah I think we're a long way off too mate

Absolutely bores the living shit out of me all this since when did boxing fans give a monkeys about television networks and purse splits fights are remembered for what go,s down in a boxing ring....the biggest heavyweight fight of the 80,s in Britain was Witherspoon v Bruno but nobody remembers how much they got paid neither does anybody care.

All this transparency is a horrible way of marketing fights and fighters and a clever way of fighters getting away with doing the absolute minimum fighting for the absolute maximum money.....Fury as an example, apart from beating a terrible Klitchsko and getting what for me was a lucky draw with Wilder who is terrible, what has he actually done to warrant these sort of figures.... heavyweight boxing is becoming dull and uninteresting at a time when it should be buzzing in Britain.

Yeah, it happens in football too, all this talk of agents, chairmen etc. I just want to know the fight is announced and when it will take place and the purse. A lot of these promotors, managers like eddie hearn etc, if they were chocolate they'd eat themselves.

I can remember being at Wembley early for Bruno v Witherspoon, on the pitch were Terry Lawless, Mickey Duff, Mike Barrett, Don King and Jarvis Astaire can remember thinking that group must be worth a few bob! It was a laugh that night, we started out in the lower tier of seats and by the time the Bruno fight started there was a surge to the front and we ended up about 20 yards from ringside. They must have got the tallest coppers from all over the met to escort the boxers, at the end when Witherspoon was leaving and the chairs were flying, Ii can never forget the look on Don Kings face - get me the f**k out of here. By this time Bruno's face had blown up like a basketball! That's the only time I've been to one of these big stadium fights, unless you're ringside you cant see anything.
