The direction of travel is if someone is 'offended' by your words you might get prosecuted.... There was a guy in Scotland who is currently under trail for teaching his dog to bark at his command of gas the j*ws or something stupid like that, clearly it was an idiotic joke, clearly he was trolling his girlfriend who owned the dog but f**k me the police actually prosecuted him.
