Its outside a pop concert, as everyone is leaving, in a major city.......chances of an accident are low. No idea what's happened so far,one account reckons there was just an accident with a prop falling/exploding and people were crushed in the panic.

We'll have to see in the morning,tragic it's happened to a load of kids intentional or not.
