Interestingly (to nerds like me), we’re already seeing US allies start to look elsewhere for their weapons. 6th gen fighter programmes like our own tempest are getting more interest from nations that currently run 4th gen US jets. Israel have too much of a strangle hold if the US to worry about that though.

The UK has 70 odd million people and still relies on other countries technologies.

Russia gets technology and equipment from China, Iran, North Korea, I doubt there’s a country in the world that doesn’t import technology.

China does it by reverse engineering, but no country with a modern military is self sufficient in technology. 
Saudi is  almost totally reliant on imported technologies, why should isreal be any different ?

Which is exactly why I and others are not overjoyed at almost all our net zero technology and hardware is supplied by China and chinese electric vehicles are flooding the market
