squab 2,875 Posted December 16, 2015 Report Share Posted December 16, 2015 been at this new place 3 month all the lads got called in the office and given £100 sainsburys vouchers i to got called in opened the envelope £20 voucher i gave it him back feck them id rather do without would cost me a £5 in petrol to use the poxy thing lol,all the companys i worked for all the lads got the same xmas box the only difference came when you got your cash bonus this reflected on your time and experience within the company which is how it should be imoLol piss takers i woulda done sameffs 3 months at the place and you grumble at being given summat , they could of gave you feck all ...as far as I'm concerned it was f**k all,spout all this family run business,loyalty and hard working bullshit I call it a fecking insult,multi million pound companys all the same and don't give a flying at the end of the day,least I aint bitter though eh lol 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

tillylamp 1,828 Posted December 17, 2015 Report Share Posted December 17, 2015 where my wife works the boss offered to fly all the workers and there partners to Las Vegas, staying at a hotel for 3 nights with all the food and drinks included and giving them spending money for the casino, but some of the workers didn't want to stay away for the 3 nights for some reason...... doh, so with that he asked them what would they like to do instead, they said they would just enjoy going out for a meal, so we all ended up at a Brazilian restaurant which was very tasty, the boss did a speech then handed out there Christmas cards, when my wife opened hers there was a really good bonus in it, we then went down to the casino/bowling alley and had some good fun, Happy Christmas to all tilly 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
