I know plenty of men that are involved in coursing and have never heard tell of any of this happening,not in the rep anyway.Why would they smash your vehicles if your legally on land and its legal to course hares in NI.I do know that down this country hares are after coming back a bit in numbers,whether its down to hare courseing with lurchers now illigal or because of the coursing clubs releasing hares on ground where hares had become scarce or that the vermin are kept to a passable level.When i kept lurchers i used to enjoy a spin on a hare,not all about the kill,a good course was just as exciting in my eyes.

Early 80s me and a mate doing a spot of freelance fox digging on the banks of a river we had been digging for about an hour when my mate spots a woman walking a red setter on the other side of the river she passes we thought nothing more about it until we hear a noise coming from the top of the banking I went up to see what the noise was it was two policemen making there way towards my car they came and spoke to us as they had a report of to people dressed in camouflage gear digging and it could be the I.R.A burying guns this was on a river bank just outside Glasgow can you imagine if that report had been made today ffs there would have been armed response helicopters the whole bit.

The photos of lads posing with a few rabbits and a fox or two are mild compared to what some idiots are putting up on FB.
