Yes that's right Gnasher, because if he'd raped your daughter then signed for the mighty Hammers upon release and scored in his first game, you would be cheering him on wouldn't you.................... The Seeker 3,048
Ched Evens was on the piss with another footballer Clayton McDonald who he knew from Man City's youth days. The bird was met in a kebab shop and Clayton began to chat her up and took her back to his hotel, Ched Evens followed let himself into the room and gave her one, however by this time the bird was so pissed she couldn't remember him being there. Clayton yes Ched no. Not only did he give her one but he stupidly got his brother or mate (can't remember which) to film him giving her one from outside through the window. It was this evidence that led to his conviction. She woke the next morning naked not really knowing where she was and missing her purse, it was when she started asking questions about her missing purse (taxi driver, hotel porter) things started to point to the rape. Now to me this guy is a proper c*** and he should f*** off into obscurity. There are thousands of kids trying to become proffessional footballers and pond life like him should make way for them.
skycat 6,174
If so many of these females didn't get themselves p*ssed up, then this sort of rape wouldn't happen as often as it is purported to do. Now the rape of any woman or girl who is not drunk, definitely doesn't want it, but is pressured/forced into it: well, that's another thing entirely and the perpetrators deserve lengthy sentences and be forced to do hard labour for ever more. That's speaking as a female myself, and having worked many years in pubs/hotels, I've seen how alcohol diminishes responsibility and awareness to the extent that I believe those who are blind drunk deserve all they get if they can't even remain in control of themselves. It seems to be a national disease of the young these days, and what the hell is the point of this binge drinking anyway Rant over.
socks 32,253
It doesn't matter how drunk a girl gets it shouldn't mean she is fair game for any man who fancies a quick shag ... If a girl wants to get shit faced so what that's her prerogative that doesn't give some fukcer the right to decide to rape her ... I don't get all this she deserved it for being so drunk she couldn't remember bollox ... She is a human being somebody's daughter and some scum ball decided he was going to give her one because she was to out of it to stop him ... Fukcing slime like him should be locked up forever ..........
Brigzy 1,298
Rape is rape; no matter the circumstances. The Law has punishments for any crime, and this guy was punished, and has served his punishment,,,,,,,,, Oh, wait a minute, HAS he served his punishment ? Well not in my mind ! He was sentenced to FIVE YEARS, yet only served just over TWO YEARS ! I believe if some one is punished for a crime, then, yes, they should be allowed back to work, be that a road sweeper or a professional footballer, but this guy has got off VERY lightly, and if the victim was close to me, I'd be wanting to geld the c**t !
WILF 50,727
No body "deserves" to get raped no matter what the circumstances..........but as I said, this could have been any young man on here very easily. Going to a hotel with a bloke you have chatted too for 5 minutes in a kebab shop does not mean you deserve rape, but it's a pretty stupid f***ing thing to do and sends a message.........have a hard think, what message would that send to any man on here when you were young and out on the lash? You know how that phone call went between them dudes don't you........it was along the lines of "get yourself over here, this dirty sort is right up for it" And naturally, young lads being young lads that's exactly what they did.......did he get carried away ?YES, did he do the wrong thing?, YES Does anyone here think he consciously saw himself as a rapist that night?......I doubt it. But I can't slag him too much, I did the wrong thing loads of times when I was a young lad and out battered........whTever that wrong thing was !! He was a dog for giving her one when she was unconscious (as she claims), but the rest of it is happening every weekend up and down the country, make no mistake. It's all about perspective, and in my perspective he was stupid, mindless and took a liberty........that don't make him a sex case in my book so it shouldn't stop him coming back

No, he knew what he was doing and saw her as fair game. Was she stupid, naive, too pissed, yes.. It don't mean some slime bag should take advantage if her whilst she's asleep and get it filmed at the same time!! I know how 90% of the people on here would react if it was their daughter, you can only hope you've instilled enough in then to avoid this happening. He's a c**t in my book, we've all been about a bit and done our fair share, this ain't a pissing up the wall competition, but of he was a mate of mine and crept in and shagged a sleeping bird, I'd chin him the same as any other dirty c**t like that.
WILF 50,727
Kev, I get that mate but I just don't think being stupid makes you a "label" If you get in a ruck in the boozer with 3 or 4 dudes and you ding a couple over the nut with a barstool and one dies does that make you a dirty murdering b*****d?........no, you wasn't a murderer in your mind when you walked in, you probably didn't mean to kill them and you probably have no intention of killing anyone ever again! In my mind, it easy to say immotive words like "rapist" when maybe a more accurate description would be "an idiot with no morals" If being a 20 year old idiot with no morals precludes you from playing football then there would only be about 3 teams left in the league !!! Blackbriar 8,569
Even easier to use 'emotive words like rapist' against someone who's been convicted of rape, mind ! The circumstances don't matter - he was found guilty, end of discussion, as far as the offence is concerned. Whether he should ply his trade again is, I think, simply down to whether anyone will employ him again, given his conviction. That's the 'real world' situation the rest of us would face ................................

MickC 1,825
Do people honestly think he will be able to return to football ? can you imagine the grief he will get from the crowd,I honestly think his football career is over .
lukey 1,621
Fuking rapist full stop A BEAST!! I wouldn't have got involved if I was in his boots but then I consider myself a decent guy. So when when older if this also happens to my daughter because she got a bit too drunk it will be her own fault? f**k of. It having that one! A decent guy would have seen the girl home safely but sadly she was in the presance of a predator!!
