mushroom 14,022
Wouldn't be Suprised if Sir Bob brings them two bairns up. I'm sure he'll be on hand if needed No matter how much of a gobshite or tosser the man is, he has my respect in that regard How the funk is Bob Geldof a Gobshite or Tosser. What have you ever done to help people living in poverty watching their whole family starve to death or dying of easily preventable illness ? He is an amazing man. Pull your tongue out of his arse

South hams hunter 8,986
2 of my good mates lost a parent each to suicide, one was only 14 when it happened, and it's affected his whole life. the other happened fairly recently My lads best mate at schools mother committed suicide, when he was a baby, me and his Dad took the lads to Old Trafford for a game and stayed up the night, we talked about it a bit, and the depth of depression some people are in is unfathomable ( if you have never felt it, which most of us never will), money, fame etc has no bearing on this, yes they can be deemed as selfish, and those left behind will always wonder why, but none of us will ever know how low they must feel. Don't know if its the case with Peaches Geldoff, but to say because she was rich she had no reason to commit suicide is ridiculous, depression just aint that easy mate of mine walked in to find his dad hanging, went round to pick up for work as normal and he was just hanging there. Left 5 sons behind, one who found him has gone off the rails completely and just doesn't care anymore about the consequences. One of the others will sit at the grave for 6-8 hours and sometimes even sleep there

South hams hunter 8,986
That's the understatement of the year Stig, personally I don't know how I could continue to live the grief would be that savage and I've seen a few bits & bats in my life. Poor c**t, I feel so sorry for him I really do I've seen some shit in my life wild but when I buried my son if it wasn't for a select few i think they'd be putting me next to him

Totally agree.......all this bollocks you hear and see about supposedly tough hard men who can bash anyone up and aint scared of nobody......................and then you see a skinny little wretch like Geldoff who has more about him than most ........any man who has the guts and moral fibre to bring up kids alone deserves all the praise he gets, his own kids let alone someone elses as Geldoff has.............i cant stand him for what he started with all that Band Aid caper.......but as a man, credit where its due.
