Am sleeping downstairs for a few more days and then will have a look FFS thats been ages.....why dont you contact Earth&Hounds of here. He is the daddy pest controller and he would have had that rat problem fixed in an hour, i think his rate was £15 quid for that super service........ :D Got the fecker had exactly same problem 3 weeks of no sleep before i got the them ( 2 the first time ) week later another 1 . keep the traps down and fill the hole with wire wool or compo with broken glass in it ! ps had cage trap with dairy milk in it ! 6 litle nippers with peanut butter on( up against wall ) 2 t rex traps and a kania 2000 with a snikers in it finaly caught giant rat ( other 2 usual size ) by sinking little nipper in horse manure with trigger sticking out with weatabix mixed with water on it , other 2 were caught by traps with peanut butter set by wall with no problem without big rat !!!!
