I got scaitica and im going to give yoga a go in a few weeks , as im getting older my bodys starting to creak after years of building . Anything to stop myself turning into my dad whose 65 and crippled from manual work

This Christmas im getting compound bows for the kids and one for myself. We have a menage where we keep the horses so will use that as our archery range . I have a budget of 300 for a adult bow. Does anybody have any recommendations on makes or models

My grandad lost his leg at 16 in a shotgun accident . Even now at 80odd years old he gets twinges in the leg thats not there . Think its something to do with the nerve endings On the subject of rings and accidents a guy i know was putting up the nets before a football game (some can see where this is going ) and they had hooks on back of the crossbar to hook net on . He was jumping up putting them on and his ring got caught on the hook as he came down . Made a mess of his finger

That was a stunning episode. The whole area was like a dream . Up there with one of my favourites. The other i liked and i cant remember what series was his talking about his memories of hunting with his brother when he was younger . I could easily only watch meat eaters on TV.

Nice & spicy Nik Naks As a kid i loved them. They used to have a good dusting of flavour left in the packet after that would make your eyes water when you had it . Nowadays hardly any flavour at all.
