If you notice around July August time lot of cats go missing I put it down to vixens taking cats for their fast growing Cubs especially urban foxes because field mice birds ect are not enough for them was asked to dig litter of Cubs on a farm few years back dug them with a terrier just behind the farm in one of the entrances was an orange and white cat along with usual bits of crow mice ect that farm is only half a mile from a small housing estate

Seen a few dogs that try to fight with their fox as opposed to killing it if you know what I mean that's when they take a lot of unessecary damage

Best fox dog I ever had was a fourth gen bull grey 26 inch black dog racey like a greyhound and a head like a bucket intelligent dog too took his first fox at two year old as he was very puppyish I thought so I held him back he was built for the job but just wasn't ready mentally but when he clicked by God he was lethal on them had very high pain threshold had to retire him at 6 year old as he was dentally challenged so agree with bird that's what I would go for too good generation bred animal they are out there it's finding proper ones that's the hard bit?

Mate of mine has some good distance birds only enters the long races 500 miles plus France think he flown some from Spain too got to take your hat off to them takes a lot of hard work and dedication to get them right think the Chinese are into the pigeon racing big time as well now mad money changing hands

Aye katchum used to go at night and do the swaps we used to buy big dyed hens bought one for£10 one night me and ma mate halved in for it fiver each strong money back in the day ??

Katchum was that the doo shop upstairs from the pet shop at park head cross used to go to the doo sales there on a Sunday me and a mate looking for big pouter hens happy days?

Hi Phil been using them for a knocked up toe been lead walking the dog for 2 weeks now just started using the tablets this week past just to help him out pain wise so I probably won't know how he is till he runs again was thinking 6 to8 weeks he has no limp and the toe is sitting the way it should not pointing up or to the side or that so hope fully its maybe popped out and then went back in when you feel the joint it feels a bit hard maybe callousing up but you can manipulate it about without any sighns of pain or discomfort so I'm hoping its that ?

Hi mate try the Lakeland packs coniston blencathra ect used to go down regular try and get a meet card it gives you all the meet dates for that particular hunt try and contact some of the fell packs

Same up here mate got mine done last January not much change out of £100 vet was great though he showed me on microscope plates how much of the sperm tubes he took away apparently he does a bit with his own ferrets and a couple of goshawks was talking about rabbit numbers up and down the country and other fieldsports ive since transferred all of the dogs over to his practice think it helps if you get a vet who understands a bit of what we do ?

Yes flacko they are bang on. They have worn in a good bit now and are just as comfortable wear them everyday walking the dogs lamping ferreting shooting wore them to work few times too when they are muddy I just hose them off and give them a brush and let them dry naturally not near heaters once a month brush altberg clear wax boot dressing in to them not had any problems wither at all ?

Went to hancocks place to pick up two pups one a half cross and one three quarter bred and I can honestly say you couldn't meet a nicer man . Was there few hours endless cups of tea and a good chat about dogs the thing about Hancock was you knew what you were getting genuine collie hybrids rather than taking a chance on some random ad in the sporting press where you were taking the mans word for what he had this was early 90 s the man seen a business oportunity and took it who can blame him and for the record those two pups turned out decent mutts ?

No mate it wasn't Marc the lad was James bell and his dog was paddy half cross beardie border grey blue and white dog rough coated Hancock bred I believe ?
