  1. I didn't know that. Maybe its a case of it being good on the outside, wank in the middle. Turkish delight'ish. They do look mint though.
  2. Yeah man, exactly where the image if from in the editorial.
  3. For anyone who hasn't seen the new re vamped Raider... Its in this months AirGunner. Looks so mint. A cross between an 510 and a MK4IS from the angle I can see in the image. Might be my next PCP. Tried to find an example on the net but it looks like there is nothing yet. Worth a look.
  4. Took a shot, missed, took a shot, missed... and so on...
  5. Probably thee best post you've pretty much ever put forward. Humour and Informative, showing accuracy and good shot placement. Obviously not from 35 yards but will give you that one.
  6. Now that's the vintage days, the old raider and mr 39. Ahhh. The meaning of shooting and the memories it cements. Superb. Not seen you have a bag like that for some time Mac... Best keep with him daz
  7. Alright Mark. Not sure Id got down to 5.5grn in my own 100. I do see your referencing the 22 more so in your reply though. Kinda stuck in my ways with AA Fields.
  8. That would be a no then. I'm still spanking my monkey over falcon accuracy plus mate. Like the rest of us.
  9. Hahahaa. Mac. Just read that! Can't 'quote' as on my iPhone. You and my nickel twenty two 97 mate. Feel like I'm cheating with her behind your back... Wtf. It's my bloody rifle. The more you go I the more I think it's yours!
  10. Mr James mcloughlin is featured. I shoot a few HFT comps with him. Uber shot. Like clears everything. Shoots a RAW now too. Best shot on the knock downs I've seen.
  11. Mac kinda see what your saying. The front end of the 97 is perhaps something I like. Bit of weight. I was on the pigeons just the other night, only got myself 2, so literally spent the rest of my time snapping pellet width twigs in a tree 30 yards away. My 97, all be in in stainless finish, wish it was blued, is so on the money at the moment I don't know why I'm looking at a new . Especially as it would be in the same calibre. I suppose I just want one through memories of seeing them in the magazines and so on. PCP accuracy with the need for filling. I'm sure I'd get on with an but
  12. This has not helped me one bit in explaining to the lady why I've just got another rifle in the same calibre from the same manufacturer, in spring form. I'd get a 80K I think. Not sure if I'm put off by the weight but surely it's not that much heavier than my 97. Nice one Simon, all the details we need, none of what we don't.
  13. Who owns a AA superlite? What's the thoughts on it?
  14. Ha! I don't believe it. There's a first... A member of THL that doesn't grab there cock and balls at the mention of a one hundred. Awesome. You must of got a dud one. But they never happen Why may I add didn't you heron with it?
  15. Mole. Mr willy said he'd looks at the trigger on a, basically, £100 stoeger? Fair play man.
  16. Allllrite... John Darlin' over here X
  17. AA fields 5.52 they're like what HW's like. I use them myself and Jesus Christ. Sat here thinking I'm gonna get an 8'teh, but I have no idea why. Obviously it would be in twenty two... So why do I need one... Sell it to me piano man... Do I need an 8'teh?
  18. Been wondering where your hunting posts had gone. Thank god they're back. Images tell the story with your posts, superbly. Crackin bag too.
  19. Not to mention the shorter barrel length and the silencer/latch-up of the 97K Mike. But if you mean the internal finish? It wasn't perfect but not as bad as some have been reportedly found. The spring was poorly cut as usual! But it was all further improved and enhanced by Andy's workmanship in fitting the Sandwell Field Sports tuning kit and polishing and honing skills. He's made a fabulous job of all my spring rifles. Especially my HW77. That is all-original Weihrauch internals, spring and all and yet, he's turned it into a near recoiless supergun! He told me it was all perfect internally an
  20. Is this what Ive done? Or the other way round? 99% sure Im using the re modelled 77 stock.
  21. My oh my. And it shot nicely?!?! What the actual f**k. As if. Regarding the fitting, it should fit to be fair mate... how have you managed to compress it? An old ex birds dad did mine for me when I had one fitted to my own Lightening. He had some gear though, he was senior tech at Siemens. It should fit with no machining required. Bang an image up of the area in question.
  22. No , off to Paris for a few days ,will have a look at this when i am back Rag head bashing with ya picket board I assume?
