Cheap roasto...with or witout gravy.....
gravy made with Bisto old skool...mix liquid from meat....add a spoonful redcurrant jelly.. water add to meat juices in pan..with crushed half an oinion bring to the boil ..add more if needed cooking water....
if im having gravy with pheasant or partridge i usually add a large tot of sherry
chicken thighs off the "eat now or die shelf"
